    • In this course you will learn:

      1) how to install RingPlan Meet for Google Calendar

      2) how to start a meeting now

      3) how to schedule a meeting using your calendar interface

       

      Prerequesites: 

      1) you must have a RingPlan Account (HERE)

      2) You must have a RingPlan user created (HERE)

      3) You must have your email domain hosted with Google (Google Workspace)

  • Install the RingPlan Meet for Google Workspace app

    • What your going to do:

      1) navigate to the RingPlan Meet App in the Calendar (HERE)

      2) install the Addon, and give it all the permissions it needs to work.

      3) Get your "RingPlan User Key" (HERE)

      4) Paste your user key into the RingPlan addon and hit submit

      5) test it by clicking "start ringplan meeting"

      6) create a scheduled meeting and use the ringplan option to schedule it.
