    In this lesson, you will learn how to delegate the primary role to another user or another email address if that user just changes their email address.

    Prerequisites:

    1) Be the primary user

    2) invite the new user using the process (HERE)

    What your going to do:

    1) Add your new user by inviting the new email adress or user (HERE)

    2) as primary, navigate to Users -> Manage Users (https://my.ringplan.com/users) click the edit next to the user you want to promote and then switch them to primary role.  Finally accept the prompt which warns you about how doing this will be giving up the primary role perminantly.
