What your going to do:
1) Navigate to PBX -> Extensions (https://my.ringplan.com/pbx/extensions/extensions-list) and click "Add Extension"
2) (optional) if you need to add a user, follow the steps at: (https://learn.myringplan.com/course/view.php?id=8)
3) Fill out the information and add the new extension

What your going to do:
1) got to pbx -> dialplan -> ivr and edit the "General voicemail IVR" or create a new one (https://my.ringplan.com/pbx/dialplan -> IVR)
2) near the bottom change the "timeout destintaion" to be "voicemail"-> {ext} (NO MESSAGE) and hit submit.

What your going to do:
1)navigate to PBX -> Dialplan -> Recordings
2) edit the general voicemail greeting
3) select "record over extension" and put your extension number in.
4) after that, give the recording a name "xyz_main_greeting" and save it.
5) scroll to the bottom and press "submit" and let it upload and convert the audio.

What your going to do:
1) navigate to pbx -> dialplan -> queues and edit queue 701 which should be a default queue
2) set queue 701 "fail over destination" to "IVR" -> "General Voicemail IVR"
3) Queue agents tab -> add the phones
4) Timing and Agent options. modify max wait time and agent timeout to a 24 second timeout.

What your going to do:
1) Navigate to PBX -> numbers (https://my.ringplan.com/pbx/numbers/list)
2) edit the number you want to route and point that to the queue 701
3) make a test call to ensure that the number rings as expected. leave an actual voicemail and make sure that you get it in your email.
